We got off the plane and immediately went to The Galley. We let Uncle Larry order for us and feasted on crawfish, shrimp,
and crab boil with a side of seafood gumbo. As you can see...

It was delicious.

Time to wake up and eat again. We brought Grandma Doris & Grandpa Ed to The Parkway Bakery for some
grade A po'boys. Mali got catfish, I got shrimp.

Shrimp po'boy.

Mali's catfish po'boy.

Great to have lunch with my Grandparents!

Someone in the street took our photo. Thanks!

Yes, more restaurant photos. The tourists get their beignets at Cafe Du Monde. If you want to avoid the circus, get them
at Morning Call.

Note: This photo was taken mid-sugaring.

Mali trying beignets for the first time.

Here we are in front of St. Louis Cathedral and Jackson Square. What was I just saying about tourists?

Blinding you with bling.

Sure is nice inside St. Louis Cathedral.

Pipe organ.

Uncle Larry took us on a fishing trip out towards the Gulf of Mexico... probably the last trip we'll get to take there
for years due to the oil spill. It was beautiful and super relaxing out on the water.

FISHING GEAR. WHAT.

Caught one!

Mali with an intense look in her eyes... feelin' like she's about to...

WOOOOOOOOOOO!!! That's my girl!

Uncle Larry cleaning down the boat after a not-too-fruitful but thoroughly enjoyable afternoon on the water.
We had a blast!

I see you.

Hmmmm, let's find out how our catch tastest.

Answer: very very good.
